I'm blogging from Bejing

Hi everyone,

Well, I was really suprised from the beginig. After landing everything is greatly organised here at Bejing. Even you don't go through a high number of security controls, you feel really safe. I was courious about the food, but is the same that in Athens. A big party pavilion for all the sportsmans. That has positives. You can meet here a lot of interesting people from other countries, like the U.S.A. basketball team and a lot of athletes superstars.

The tennis staduim is really brilliant. Everything is clear and new, hope for me also winning. But the weather... what a mess. Every day over 30 degrees Celsius and huge humidity - a really nightmare for tennis players. Matches in these conditions will be hard and tiring. I'm really happy for the team which is here. We have a really good team spirit and we want to show our best here (all the tennis czech team You can see at the second photo).

But the really best what I saw here was the opening ceremony. In first step we have been grouped in the Olympic village. Each team had own bus to the stadium. After arriving on stadium we started to group in the groups respecting the nationalities as preparation for onset.

The opening ceremony... easy a dream. Something hard to describe. I never ever saw something so beautiful...The atmosphere was great, unbelievable... lost my words
